Personal Information
As this is being updated (February '04), I'm forty-one years old, engaged
(my fiancee will have her own page on this site, one of these days), and
currently living in Villa Park, Illinois, just
west of Chicago. I have a B.S. degree in Physics from Case Western Reserve
University (Cleveland OH), and a Ph.D. in High Energy Theoretical Physics from
the University of
Florida (Gainesville). I've worked doing research into quantum gravity and
field theory at both Virginia Tech (Blacksburg) and University of Alabama
(Tuscaloosa). I've also taught undergraduate physics at both of these places.
I'm currently working at Morningstar in
downtown Chicago, where I'm a computer programmer for the
mPower project.
